Priscilla B. Dubé

Attorney

After a long career in family law, I am retiring.  I have been extremely fortunate to work with, for and against wonderful attorneys and clients and to practice in many courts in front of many judges.  I have been constantly amazed by the resilience of people facing one of the most challenging situations in their lives and have been around long enough to hear great post-divorce success stories.

I have been honored to work with the attorneys at BPF who have made the practice fun and supportive while sharing the roller coaster ride that is family law.  I have been fortunate to have had other lawyers outside of the office offer me guidance, support and a forum in which to safely consider ideas and approaches and to commiserate with me or celebrate results.

I have also had the privilege to practice in front of a revolving slate of judges and magistrates and to work with amazing case managers and clerks and all the others who make the courthouses function.  I survived the family court moves from Main Street to Church Street to Cherry Street.  Most recently, transitions to litigation online and the odyssey that is Odyssey have physically separated us from our peers and the court system while also putting them at our fingertips. Still, nothing compares to in-person collegiality.

I do not have a specific last day of practice because I have committed to finishing things I have started.  I am not taking on any new matters but greatly appreciate the referrals I have received over the years.  Thank you.
