Jack began practicing law in 1973. He started his career as a deputy, then chief deputy state’s attorney in Chittenden County, before going into private practice. Jack was an experienced litigator, providing a full range of civil litigation services to his clients throughout Vermont, in the areas of personal injury, domestic relations, contract law, education and business law. In the area of personal injury, Jack successfully resolved hundreds of claims with verdicts or settlements ranging from as little as ten thousand to in excess of a million dollars. While Jack’s primary focus was in the area of trial work, he also served as a mediator and/or arbitrator for other attorneys and their clients, as well as counsel to a number of business and non-business clients.
