Depth of involvement with the Family Court and related committees and trainings result in experience and understanding of the system not available through practice alone. Priscilla has years of involvement on Family Court committees that generated a pro se litigant training video, new financial disclosure forms, statewide case flow strategies, limitations on access to certain information from files, ethics trainings and more. Priscilla also has been an acting family court judge and regularly is an acting magistrate for child support. She is a Guardian Ad Litem or an attorney for children in divorce cases. Priscilla is also active in alternative dispute resolution as a member of the Family Court Mediation Oversight Committee. She is involved in training mediators and parent coordinators and has taken the intensive training for domestic relations mediators.

Born and raised outside of New York City, Priscilla made the transition to Burlington by way of college in Maine and law school in the small town of South Royalton, Vermont. Burlington has the right balance of small town friendliness and large town opportunities. She lives in Williston, Vermont with her husband and their two children.
