Dan successfully represents the business and development interests of large, mid-size and small developers before the courts and regulatory agencies of Vermont.  Dan’s work before the Vermont Supreme Court has produced the leading cases in Vermont on zoning and title insurance, and has helped shape the permitting and development law in Vermont.  He maintains a large commercial and residential real estate practice.  Dan served on the Development Review Board in the City of South Burlington for five years and is currently a City Councilor, a position he has held since 2000.  Dan lives in South Burlington with his wife and children.
