Vincent A. Paradis

Vince has been in private practice in Vermont since 1972 and has concentrated in all aspects of Land Use litigation, Municipal Law, Boundary Disputes, Development Law, and Zoning matters. Some of his litigation in this area before the Vermont Supreme Court has resulted in several precedent setting cases on issues ranging from the taxation of real estate to changes in real estate title standards and zoning procedure. In addition to litigation in this area, Vince has also served as a mediator in real estate litigation matters as well as court ordered alternative dispute resolution in matters pending before the Vermont Environmental Court.
