
Tom practices labor and employment law in Vermont, Maine and throughout New England. During his twenty-plus years of practicing law, Tom primarily has represented management clients, including non-profit organizations and municipalities. Tom also represents executives in the negotiation of executive employment agreements, severance agreements and other exit packages. Tom is experienced in class actions, wrongful discharge, labor arbitration, collective bargaining, wage and hour, ADA, civil rights, sexual harassment litigation, union elections, unfair labor practice, and representation and other proceedings before the NLRB, VLRB and OSHA.
